Delivery charges

Installation can be arranged in mainland UK.  Please contact us to choose the most economical and timely method for delivery of your product.  Please contact us for a quotation. 

Delivery times

If the items(s) you have ordered is in stock with us, or in stock with our suppliers, our normal delivery time is between 2-3 weeks following receipt of payment.

For furniture which is made to order, we will only commence manufacture on receipt of your payment. We will let you know when manufacture commences, and the approximate date when we anticipate that our workshops will have completed your order ready for shipment. This is normally 4-8 weeks, depending on the item. You may cancel your order at any time before manufacturing starts, but after we have started to make your furniture, you cannot cancel in normal circumstances. When your furniture is ready for delivery, we will email to give you a firm date for delivery.

Delivery process

For small items e.g. chairs our delivery personnel will deliver to your door ("tail-gate delivery"), but it is your responsibility to move the furniture to where you want it to go and arrange for removal of the packaging, and for the safe and preferably recycled disposal of the packaging materials.

For larger items, including tables, our installation team will deliver and install the furniture in the locations nominated by you, unpack and assemble the furniture where appropriate, and take away the packaging materials for recycling. Please ensure that our team has adequate access to the relevant locations and that facilities are provided for transport of the furniture to the locations. When we deliver and install, we will remove all the packaging and take it away for recycling. 

In either case, you will be asked to sign a Delivery Note, to confirm that the furniture has been delivered to you in good condition.
