How we work

1. You place the order for your products on the Website by pressing the ‘Confirm Order’ button at the end of the checkout process.

You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of what we hope are simple instructions.
If you are at all unsure about what to do or how to proceed, then please call us.We will have someone at the end of the phone to talk you though what you need to do.

2. We will send to you an order acknowledgement email and a pro-forma invoice detailing the products you have ordered. Note that this is acknowledgement of your order, not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Aegistra Limited.

3. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on your payment of the pro-forma invoice, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.

Amongst reasons that we may not accept your order are:

  • Our inability to obtain payment for your order.
  • The identification of a pricing or product description error.
  • You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions

4. When your product is ready to be shipped from our warehouse we will send you a dispatch confirmation email.

5. Payment
Payment in full is required on receipt of our pro-forma invoice based on your order.

6. VAT

Unless otherwise agreed, the price and any other sums due to us under the contract are exclusive of Value Added Tax, or any other tax or levy which will be charged at the prevailing rate and will be payable at the same time as the product orders to which it relates.
